Limited seats but the food is amazing! You know a place focuses more on food when it is hard to find, focuses less on rent, and is small and cramped with a few tables! You will keep eating! The noodles are not too spicy that you will burn, but spicy enough for you to keep eating it! Definitely go here for spicy good noodles!!!
I’d say best Chinese noodle place around Boston Area!!! Ordered the beef lanzhou noodle and cumin lamb noodle and both are beyond amazing! Very authentic and tasty! Will definitely try again soon for other noodles.
Best noodles in Boston. The cumin lamb dry hand-pulled noodles are out of this world. The spicy cold starch strips and seitan (凉皮）(first picture) are the best I‘ve ever had; the strips are so chewy and slippery. The fish slices with pickled vegetables (second picture) are served with a very fragrant oil infused with chilis and Sichuan peppercorn.
